Please add an unlimited word count
I love LinkedIn, but would like to see an unlimited discussion count. There are so many times that I have a post that exceeds the allotted word count and it's frustrating. I could condense what i need to say most times, but sometimes I need to be able to say more than what LinkedIn allows.
If the mail is good, people will read it. If not, they don't take to read it and tin but scroll on by. I'grand sure if you took a poll from other LinkedIn users, you lot would discover that most of them would hold that LinkedIn needs an unlimited word count. Don't limit information technology solely for the purpose of making certain people's posts are shorter. Give people the opportunity to add every bit much as they need to their posts. Sometimes yous need to be able to add more than to your mail service to properly say what you demand to say because tightening your word count doesn't always cut it.
Need Auto-Saving for Drafts
I spent about an hour carefully crafting a reply to a message, had assembled a bunch of links and useful information for the recipient, and had to navigate away from the app momentarily to take hold of a link. When I switched dorsum to LinkedIn, the app opened to the main landing page and when I reopened the message I had been composing a reply to, the text field was empty. I lost an hour of work and I feel so frustrated, distraught, and disheartened. Auto-save for in-progress messages is pretty basic functionality for most messaging programs and if your app had had it, I wouldn't be in this state of affairs. I wish I could setup a LinkedIn machine-response that directs everyone who messages through LinkedIn me to contact me on a different interface, so that I could avoid using LinkedIn's messaging tool entirely.
Objectively, the app is basically fine aside from this issue and does non really deserve only i star. I'm just still reeling from the emotional blow of this experience and looking for an outlet for my frustration as well as to share this feedback with you while it's fresh and in a way that will aid your squad feel the pain that can exist caused by this production gap and really understand the impact. Unprofessional customer service and inaccurate algorithms
After using the application for quite a while that I have added too many connections that I accept never talked to. So recently I was trying to make clean up those connections. Because I didn't notice any choice to delete all unused connections all at in one case and so I just manually deleted them. All of sudden I received an system notification that I was using a third party software and restricted for log in in one hr. I was and so frustrated that I never used annihilation like that and I was merely simply cleaning upward my unused connections. I hateful if LinkedIn has the option to let me delete them all at one time then I don't need to manually delete 1 past 1 and create a 'high book' as they claimed. Information technology is the inaccurate algorithms that mark me as something called 'using the the tertiary party software'. In fact I don't even know at that place exists this kind of 3rd party software. The customer representative was similar this is a done bargain that y'all are using the 3rd political party software and any tickets regarding to this would be airtight automatically. And then LinkedIn made a mistake that they don't acknowledge information technology. And the customer has no correct to point information technology out! See this is the way how they care for their customers!
